Kim Lindsay

Kim Lindsay is the Chief Compliance & Risk Officer at Entain Australia & New Zealand. Kim commenced with the business in 2023 as Senior Corporate Counsel and since that time has played an instrumental role in leading key compliance and risk enhancements across the organisation.

Kim is responsible for overseeing the AML/CTF, Safer Gambling, Compliance, Risk and Corporate Affairs teams across Australia and New Zealand. She is also the Chief Privacy Officer for Entain ANZ.

Kim has a long and extensive history of working as a corporate lawyer across some of Australia's largest gaming and wagering companies, including Tatts, Tabcorp and The Lottery Corporation. Kim is a member of the Queensland Law Society and maintains an active practicing certificate as a solicitor registered in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
