Kim Lindsay
Chief Compliance and Regulatory Officer
Kim Lindsay is the Chief Compliance and Regulatory Officer of Entain Australia & New Zealand. Kim commenced with the business in 2023 as Senior Corporate Counsel and since that time has played an instrumental role in leading the organisation in driving key compliance and regulatory objectives.
Kim is responsible for overseeing the AML/CTF and Safer Gambling teams across both Australia and New Zealand, as well as the NZ Risk and Assurance team. She is also the Chief Privacy Officer for Entain ANZ.
Kim has a long and extensive history of working as a corporate lawyer across some of Australia’s largest gaming and wagering companies, including Tatts, Tabcorp and The Lottery Corporation. Kim is a member of the Queensland Law Society and maintains an active practicing certificate as a solicitor registered in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
