Dean has been CEO of the Entain Australia business since 2019 but has a long and successful career in the wagering industry.
The former corporate accountant is a renowned entrepreneur and has founded a number of successful entertainment and digital media businesses.
He was founder and CEO of Bookmaker.com.au which was launched in 2012 and sold to Ladbrokes in 2013. When Ladbrokes launched ladbrokes.com.au in 2013 he was the inaugural CEO until 2017 before he left to be Founder and Executive Chairman of Neds.com.au which sold to GVC (now Entain) in 2018.
He returned as Group CEO in 2019.
Dean has a long affiliation with the racing industry as a long-term owner of both thoroughbreds and harness horses.
