Upon reviewing the results of our gender pay gap report, it is clear that a gender pay gap exists within our organisation. This is something we have been aware of and it is important to acknowledge that our industry is predominantly male-dominated, which contributes to some key factors influencing this gap. We want to emphasise that gender parity with regard to remuneration is not reflective of this gap. At Entain, we believe in fair compensation for all employees, regardless of gender, and are committed to ensuring that our pay structures are equitable.

In addition to our commitment to closing the gender pay gap, we are proud to highlight that Entain Australia leads the way in implementing flexible work practices. We understand the importance of providing all our employees with the flexibility they need to balance their personal and professional lives and in supporting the advancement of women in our business. Alongside this analysis, we will continue to identify and implement targeted strategies to narrow the gender pay gap within our organisation. These strategies encompass equal pay audits, training and education programs to address unconscious biases, career development initiatives, and active promotion of gender diversity.
