The department is comprised of Strategy, Commercial Operations, Financial Services each with its own specialised focus. The Strategy team is responsible for providing financial and strategic planning support to the business, while Commercial Operations is focused on driving revenue growth through the optimisation of our commercial activities. The Financial Services team is responsible for managing financial reporting, accounting, and treasury functions.
