Your Impact
As Product Manager, you will own the day-to-day execution of product initiatives across core customer experiences, including Sign Up, Account Management, Generosity, and Betting. Working at the intersection of Product, Design, and Technology, you will translate strategic direction into clear, actionable requirements, collaborate closely with designers and engineers, and help ensure our products deliver real value to customers at scale.
This role suits someone who has solid product foundations with a proven B2C mindset and is ready to take meaningful ownership, someone who is data-curious, customer-focused, and comfortable working across teams to get things done. You'll be supported by a Senior Product Manager and work within a strong product community that invests in developing its people.
A Day in the Life
- Translate product goals into clear stories and requirements, partnering with engineering and design to deliver outcomes.
- Support roadmap planning and backlog prioritisation, balancing features, enhancements, and bug fixes with your SPM.
- Own and improve key customer journeys, identifying friction and opportunities for optimisation.
- Use data, dashboards, and AI tools to evaluate performance, validate ideas, and inform decisions.
- Collaborate with Delivery and Engineering Managers to track progress and proactively manage risks.
- Support go-to-market planning and post-launch monitoring, coordinating with marketing, CX, and commercial teams.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, sharing updates, gathering input, and escalating blockers with solutions.

- Proven product management experience across roadmap execution and the product lifecycle.
- Strong customer-first mindset, with curiosity for user behaviour and improving experiences.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and commercial teams.
- Developing analytical skills, using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
- Eager to use AI tools to enhance decision-making, research, and output quality.
