As a Betting Line Operator, you’re on the frontline of our customer experience delivering fast, accurate, and engaging support across phone, live chat, and email. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, solve problems, and create a seamless betting experience.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring bets are placed correctly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and Safer Gambling practices.

A Day in the Life
- No two days are the same, but here’s what you can expect.
- You might start your shift handling a high volume of inbound customer requests across multiple channels, quickly understanding needs and delivering clear, helpful solutions.
- Throughout the day, you’ll place and manage bet requests with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring every transaction is handled correctly and within required timeframes.
- You’ll verify customer details, update account information, and maintain detailed records of interactions, contributing to a seamless and secure customer experience.
- At times, you’ll identify unusual patterns or behaviours, supporting efforts to detect fraudulent activity and uphold platform integrity.
- You’ll also play an important role in promoting Safer Gambling, ensuring customers are supported and protected at every step.
- Working across a roster including weekends, you’ll be part of a team that keeps things moving around the clock.
