A Day in the Life
Based in Sydney and reporting to the Senior Relationship Manager, you’ll work within an energetic and growing Client Accounts team focused on premium customer engagement.
Your day may include connecting with customers via phone, email, and SMS, analysing customer insights to personalise offers, hosting guests at major sporting and racing events, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences.
With a seven-day operating environment, flexibility including weekend availability is key to supporting customers when it matters most.
What You’ll Do
• Plan and deliver targeted promotions and customer campaigns for a defined premium customer segment.
• Use customer insights and profiling to tailor campaign offers, hospitality, and communications.
• Manage relationships with a specialised portfolio of premium, high-value customers.
• Deliver personalised promotions, hospitality, and communications using customer insights and profiling.
• Host and represent Entain at sports, racing, and entertainment events.
• Champion Safer Gambling and Anti-Money Laundering compliance across customer interactions.
• Maintain regular one-to-one engagement to build trust and long-term loyalty.
• Identify emerging high-value customers and recommend strategies to grow share of wallet.
• Provide weekly reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support national initiatives and market expansion, including online casino growth in New Zealand.
Your Strengths
• Proven experience delivering targeted promotions, CRM activity, or campaign-based customer engagement within wagering, casino, or a related industry.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong understanding of wagering and casino products, with passion for sport and racing.
• Confidence hosting events and engaging high-profile or high-net-worth customers.
• Ability to balance customer experience with regulatory and compliance responsibilities.
• Collaborative mindset with a drive to achieve measurable KPIs and team success.
• A minimum of 1 year in the role is required and a relevant Bachelor Degree
