A Day in the Life
- Serve as a premium high-value Account Manager, ensuring regular one-on-one communications with a select group of customers to provide a positive experience, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Utilise player profiling data to generate targeted, personalised promotions, manage events and hospitality, and communicate with customers.
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, always prioritising customer needs.
- Represent the company and host customers at weekly & monthly events and premier sport sand racing events.
- Proactively manage Safer Gambling (SG) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices for premium customers, advocating for safer gambling across Entain, the industry, and the broader community, ensuring compliance with regulated practices.
- Identify potential high-value customers, ensure long-term loyalty, and consolidate play to increase share of wallet, while providing weekly progress reports and recommendations to management.
Your Strengths
- Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the information technology and services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools.
- A solid understanding of data analysis and reporting to drive account performance.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and manage client expectations efficiently.
